Terry is an accomplished executive, quick to discern issues and formulate an optimal strategy and execution plan. Skilled in starting and building companies into thriving organizations, motivating strong teams, communicating clearly and leading with infectious passion.
He is keenly aware that organizations only move forward when customers and employees alike are treated fairly and with respect.
Terry has 27 years of experience in commercial software technology and solutions. He has spent the past 14 as an executive and entrepreneur building various software and consulting services companies. He served as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of IDVelocity selling the company to NCR Corporation in April 2006. He was retained to assist in the completion of the merger and continued to lead marketing for the newly acquired unit through August of 2008.
Prior to IDVelocity, Terry served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for iWork Software. He wrote the original business plan for iWork in 1997, served with fellow executives guiding the company from tens of employees to over 300 by the year 2000 and opened European operations in that same year. Terry continued to lead the company through the turbulent times of the dotcom crash and the aftermath of September 11. In January of 2004, he and several other executives co-founded IDVelocity through an asset purchase and intellectual property licensing of various iWork Software components.
Terry began his career in the Fortune 100 ranks with Burroughs Corporation and then Martin Marietta. He credits these companies with providing exceptional training and industry expertise laying a firm foundation for his successful career.

Jeff Epperson
Partner
Labeled a Serial Entrepreneur, Jeff began his first company when he was only 18 years old while he was in college in Denver, Colorado. The technology sales based firm quickly grew to a 14 person multiple office firm serving the Colorado Front Range area. From this humble beginning as a novice businessman, Jeff learned many lessons both good and bad from the trenches of the daily business grind. After a successful launch of a related systems integration company and successive sale thereafter, Jeff moved to Chattanooga, TN as a partner in a sales organization that specialized in high end technology products. Jeff has spent many years in the supply chain environment, and has started, grown, purchased and sold several companies in these markets. He also maintains a wholesale distribution company, and a retail store, insuring that much of the direction and coaching he offers is in tune with today’s real world markets.
Jeff has over 21 years of business and entrepreneurial experience with the past 15 years in the area of consulting for businesses related to Non-Profit, Government, Distribution, Manufacturing, Project Management and Sales Processes. He specializes in Finance and Accounting system design, implementation and training procedures. He holds numerous certifications in various areas of technology from Accounting to Project Management and Internet Security. Jeff has conducted international business extensively, and his business travels have taken him to over 20 countries in the past 15 years. His regular ability to deal with various cultures and international markets offers an edge for those companies who have goals to compete on a global scale.
