Terry will be speaking to the members and guests of the Brainerd Kiwanis Club on March 5, 2010 at their weekly luncheon.  Following is a brief on the speech:

“Preparing for Growth in the Wake of Volkswagen.”

Change has come and will continue to come to our area with Volkswagen, Alstom, Gestamp, SIAG Schaaf and others investing in our local area economy.  Is your organization readying itself to thrive in this new decade of opportunity or are you running the risk of forfeiting to new businesses moving into the Tennessee Valley?  Terry will take us through a common sense approach to preparing our organizations and professionals to excel in the wake of good fortune that our city and state leaders worked so hard to bring our way.

“It takes about 3 quarterly cycles for an organization to learn and instill the disciplines that bring about higher collaboration, more focused decision making, more positive and productive meetings and truly empowered professionals with greater respect for management and new found company loyalty.  I’m looking forward to discussing these disciplines with the Brainerd Kiwanis Club.”
